Scandinavia

From 15 May till 23 June I visited Scandinavia with my friend Maurizio Bedin. We started in Finland in the region Kusamo for the Brown Bears and Mountain Hares. Then we continued our way to the Varanger Fjord in Norway  to photograph several species of birds and especially Ruffs. We staid more then six weeks but the conditions where very bad. Most of the time it was cold and clouded so we couldn't make as much as we hoped.

With this camper we where able to stay near the good sites.
For example in this photo a Red-throated Diver nested 300 meters away and in the foreground you see part of the lek of the Ruffs.
